Positive Minds launch

The unveiling of an important social change project involving presentations and interactive feedback.

I was asked to document the launch of a funded programme called Positive Minds which seeks to change and improve the lives of older people, addressing feelings of loneliness and depression.

Their vision is... 'Depression will no longer be seen as part of the ageing process, and the lives of older people are improved'

The event was held at Kala Sangam in Bradford city centre with presentations given by Programme Manager Saiuqa Raney and Chair Marilyn Foster and attended by carers and sector professionals alike.

I will be helping Positive Minds to record some of their initiatives as they develop.
